From Sanjose it was tow hours drive in the mountains to get to the place.Beutiful place to stay in small cottages surrounded by 100 years old pine &amp; pike trees. There were people staying in the valley. Around 20 cottages were there on our campus. Only in weekend people come to stay there to relax and take coerces in music, meditation and yoga. Every weekend there was music concert also.<br />Golf course is next to the campus. Senior citizens always use to keep themselves playing glof.Day time whenever I had free time I use to go for long walk in the valley surrounded by deep forest, the places on the mountain are very lonely, but that is one of my hobbies to enjoy the nature. It gives such a wonderful feeling and joy to watch and just to be in the beautiful surroundings. What a great countryside view. It was so easy to watch these animals moving in the forest, deer, lamas, different birds. Americans they have preserved the natural resources so well, that is simply un believable .Mostly summer homes are there in the mountain.Specail home is constructed on the top of the mountain, one can get in to the home by only helicopter, there is no way to climb the mountain and above all if you see through the window to the back side of the house, there is deep death vally.If you look yet, you would get scare. One can call it adventure home. Only some people have such sense to enjoy the extreme things. Having walk for tow hours in the forest is good deal only by roadside, other wise it could be risky from wild animals.<br />One mid night, I was resting in the cottage in a deep sleep. Suddenly I got jumped in the bed tow feet high. Still I was slippy but after few seconds water started pouring in, could not figure out what is going on, thought may be it is earth quack, went to the door and tried to open it but it got jam. Power went off. Looked through the window and saw, big tree branch came down on the door. Realize that tree has collapsed on the cottege; there was no time to think also, all other people were in different cottages away from me. There was no way to get out, got in to the bath room and broke the window and got out of the cottage, gusty wind was blowing electric wires on the ground, to walk to other place was also risky. Anyhow, got to the other building, which was safer. Anyhow, saved my self. Could not sleep in to that building until morning. There was Jamaican guy by name Nantambu he saw that my cottage has smased, he thought what happen to me, he started running, shouting towards that cottege, Vedang are you there, are you safe? I was in other building heard that voice and came out, I am here, and I am safe. He hugged me and said thank God.<br />That was another new life for me.
